Ordering and Delivery
Please note: We do not ship Tubular batteries and solar panels outside of Durban and Pietermaritzburg Midlands. If your are located outside of these areas please contact us and we will arrange something. We collect stock a few times a week from our supplier and if your product is out of stock, you will be given a full refund within 24Hrs.
When checking out, use your postal code to calculate shipping cost and if free. Place your order and make the payment. Once the payment has cleared, we will process the order and notify you about collection or delivery. We will not release any goods until paid in full. Collections are at 56 Ashby Road, Boughton, Pietermaritzburg.
Faulty goods returned will either be repaired or replaced depending on the fault. +- 2-3 Weeks for repairs. We keep our customers up to date on the progress.
